What a weekend!

My parents came to visit this weekend. They got to babysit Jase Friday while I went to the dentist. Saturday Jason and I went on a date, which was our first in almost a year! wow. Jase is officially walking and has to be walking all the time. The only time he crawls is to get to an object that he can pull himself up on and then he walks around. And by the way, just in case you forgot...he LOVES to read!!
Here he is with his new Tonka Scoot and Scoop that Daddy got him.
He had great times going to Sam's with Abuelita and Abuelito
He loves his Gloworm and pushing the belly over and over to make the music and light go on.
Reading....
more reading....
and even more reading!!!!

You'll soon have to get him started on his mathematics. For Christmas I'll get him Calculus and Differential Equations text books so as to give him a head start in school. Advanced Placement they call it.

He reminds me of Michaels! Michael would then chew them up and smile!!!

He knows when the book is upside down and will flip the book over and over to get it right. Even the glow-worm has to be facing him right side up before he presses it to play. He spent over 30 minutes just flipping pages of all his books. Some he prefered more than others and his favorite page was the Hey, Diddle Diddle page in the nursery rhyme book. He would get real close to the page to see the dish run away with the spoon. We had a great time with Jase, he is such a happy baby and loved to be held and sung to.
