Jase had his four month check up on Thursday and we found out he had a fever and ear infection. Poor guy, he was already coughing terribly with stuffy nose and acting "whiney" at school. I took the rest of the day off and then had to take Friday off because I could not send him to school with a fever. The doctor prescribed an antibiotic for me to give him twice a day for TEN days. What the heck is the deal with so many days!! Something else to add to my list of things to do in one day. And could anyone please explain to me why on earth they give you a pink colored liquid medicine for an infant?? I hope it comes out of the clothes. He weighed 18 pounds 14 ounces and is 26 and 1/4 inches long. The pediatrician asked me if there was lead in my milk! He got his four shots and liquid vaccine. We had a nice surprise this morning. My parents called at 9am this morning and said they were on their way to visit us. So we took some fun photos today. I hope you enjoy.
Look at this big boy trying to sit up on his own! Mr Cool with his shades on.
He looks like he is up to something here. I thought it was so cute the way he has his hands together. He likes to do this a lot and has since he was born.
Check how excited he was in Abuelito's new car.
Shoot! Only a few more feet till he can reach the pedals.
He looks like he is ready to drive away!

First Easter
Here we are during out photo session at Jenny's. We got some photos taken with all the kids. Can't wait to see how they turn out.
Abuelita and Abuelito like to do funny things with Jase and here they are planning their next meal with him as the main dish!
Jase got busted in his daddy's stash of liquor!
Abuelita got Jase some Easter eggs and this crazy chicken that does the chicken dance. A video will be at the bottom of this post.
Check out Jase with all the goodies that Grammy sent from Virginia! Thanks a bunch!!!!!
Jase has really been developing like crazy. He is grabbing at objects and holding them while manipulating them into his mouth. He can roll over to his stomach and back to his back. He also loves to grab his feet and now can pull at his socks! Cool, huh? He talks a ton and laughs so much. Unfortunately he is sick AGAIN! We are not too sure if it's allergies or a cold but either way he is coughing something awful and it's so sad. Here is the Easter video to make you giggle.

Jase's first Master's
While I was at work today one of Jason's friends offered their Master's practise round passes to go visit at the end of the day. I was lucky enough to leave a little bit early from work to race home. I had to change clothes and eat something really quick. We left and parked at a friend's house that was very close to one of the gates to the Augusta National Golf Course. We walked towards the golf course where everyone was walking away from due to it being over. All we wanted to do was go and see, since it was my first time seeing the "greatest golf course in the world." We walked in through the metal detectors (again, only people entering since it was over) and the lovely lady asked us if we had a pass for "the baby." I laughed and she looked at me very serious and sincere about the question at hand. I said "no" because "why would we have one for a 4 month old baby????" She then explained that anything with a heartbeat had to have a pass to get in. Luckily, a security officer felt sorry for us and went and got us a pass so that we all three could get in. We just had to promise to return it to the rightful owner, another security manager. I was able to see the amazing greens and at least get a feel for the "Master's". It was so cool because there were all these young men wearing yellow caddy outfits that were the cleaning crew and lawn care men buzzing through the course making it beautiful for the next day events. Here are a few pics of Jase and me. He got real tired at the end and just had enough of looking around.
