Last night we handed out candy at home to all the precious trick-or-treaters. It was so funny because some of them were so little they barely reached the doorbell and they would ring and ring the door bell until I would come. There were
many Batmans and Supermans and Pirates. I can't wait to take our kids trick-or-treating. At the last minute we decided to go to a Halloween party that Jason's classmate was throwing. We decided to paint a pumpkin on my belly and that would be my costume. I bought a 10 pack of poster paint (non-toxic of course) to use to decorate with. I get home and we open the box and would you believe there is no BLACK, I mean who doesn't need black?? The even had turquoise but no black. H'm... So we had to get creative and found a dry erase marker and used that. Here is a picture of it right after being painted by the artist Jason and then a picture of me trying to dry it quickly so that we can leave. Then a picture of us at the party. The belly was a big hit and everyone thought it was hilarious. So for Sue's first Halloween, he was a pumpkin. What do you think he will say about this?

Very good pumpkin! And a nice picture of you and Jason. Holy Cow! I just noticed that the mug Jason is carrying is almost as large as your belly! Hope you enjoyed the party.
funny dad! it was a big mug of witches brew! like your website.
Ya'll are crazy!! Good thinking Carm. Very Creative, can't wait to see what you come up with in the future. So cute! My kids would have loved to see that. I will have to show them. Andrew was Clark Kent\Superman, Luke was a Bionicle (Lego Guy), and Jack Bear was Spiderman. Lookin' good Girl. Kiss the belly for me.
love, ERIN:)
Too Cute!!!! I LOVE it!
Tonya:)
I think he's gonna say, "Mom, what were you thinking." I think it's creative and cute. Nobody can do this but you Carmen. Ha Ha, Kimberly
Best use of an exposed belly that I've seen so far! You needed to pose in one of those poses ala-Demi- Brittany- etc on the cover of a magazine.... What to do for Halloween section of Baby Magazine. What a hoot!!! Great job on the painting, Jason. Much like shading on a "crown".
Sue would say, "Cheez, Mom, don't you have any modesty?" Of course, like Mother like Grandmother. I love the belly-button!
I LOVE IT! Carmen you and Jason are so fun I love that yall did that you think of the coolest things. Jason is one heck of an artist!!!Happy Halloween!!!
Hahaha! I loved that :-)
Did you see when I painted my big belly like the swedish flag? It was during the world championships in soccer. I think I have a picture on the blog, in "juni" (= june).
