We have a camera again!!!!!

It's been hard not having a camera for a month! Jase has four teeth now. He has started waking up at least once in the night to nurse, so just like I thought it was only temporary. He is getting really good at standing all by himself for up to a minute. He can even hold things and shake them while he is standing alone. He is ten months old and I just can't believe in less than two months he will be ONE!!!!!!!! Time flies.

He has a temper and here he is getting mad that he can't reach the toys on the back of the coffee table! He gets very angry with us if we tell him not to touch something and he literally tells us off! If we only knew what he was telling us while he is screaming at us. I will be so glad when he stops putting EVERYTHING in his mouth! His saliva messes up the ear piece of my cellphone so it makes people sound like they are far in a deep tunnel for a day then I guess it dries up and goes back to normal.

9 and a half months

Jase is really showing off his skills lately. He loves to practice standing by himself but no steps alone just yet. He picks up food with his fingers and feeds himself. I still make his baby food and I feed that to him, I am not ready to deal with all the mess that comes with them feeding themselves. He has three new teeth coming through, two on the top and one on bottom next to the two that he already has. He has been sleeping without waking me up for the past few nights (which is 13 or more hours at a time). Of course I still wake up in a panic and I also know that this sleeping thing will change without any warning. He loves to have books read to him and gets very angry if you stop. He also loves to "read" his books and turns the pages all by himself. He still enjoys jumping in his jumperoo but not for too long because he is always on the move with crawling and cruising around. With all this activity he takes two naps a day and goes to bed at 7pm. Enjoy the photos!

Beach Time

My sister flew down for Boston for the weekend. Friday we headed to Charleston for the weekend. This was Jase's second time at the beach and he had a great time. Here are a few pics from the trip.

They had this playground in the backyard of the beach house. Abuelita enjoyed pushing me in the swing but not as much as I enjoyed her doing it.

Nine Months Old

Jase had his nine month check up yesterday and he weighs 24.6 lbs and is 28 1/2 which to me equals...BUTTERBALL! He only got one shot which was so much better than the four he had gotten all the other times. When the doctor looked in his mouth at his gums all she could say was "oh wow"...which to meant..."holy cow he has a lot of teeth trying to come down and out!" Here is a little video that I took so you could see him crawl and stand, the rest was not part of the plan.
